Haunted
Bayonet sold at auction !!
I do a lot of buying and selling of bayonets, but this one I decided to list in
the paranormal section since there has been some spiritual activity surrounding
it. As one might expect from an old war bayonet, there is quite a bit of sadness
surrounding the bayonet. It is quite doubtful that this bayonet actually killed
anyone, since bayonets of this period were mainly used as tools for other
purposes. However, I believe that the owner of this bayonet is still with
it--undoubtedly he saw much war tragedy, and he carries this energy with him and
with this bayonet. If you hold the bayonet you will also be able to feel the
energy. Usually the energy "pulls" in the stomach. Two things come to
mind--either the owner was shot/stabbed in the stomach, or this is just another
expression of the sadness and/or defeat surrounding the bayonet. I cannot say
for sure. Finally, this bayonet has been known to disappear and reappear. When I
first acquired this bayonet I put it in the trunk of my car. A few days later I
went to retrieve it and it was gone. I figured I must have taken it out and
didn't remember (as I said, I have quite a lot of dealings with bayonets).
However, sometime later I went to look for something else in my trunk and it was
laying right there on top of some other stuff--right where I left it!! At this
time I did not remove the bayonet from the trunk. Shortly after I again went to
retrieve it, and again it was gone. This time I knew I hadn't removed it, so I
looked quite thoroughly for it with no luck. As you might have guessed, the
bayonet again reappeared in plain view in my trunk. You draw your own
conclusions from this--why does the owner of the bayonet insist on hanging
around in this dimension? Why is he so sad (besides the obvious war factor)? If
the winner of this bayonet is interested in such things, please keep me updated
on your experiences with this old knife! And don't worry if it disappears--it
will show up again soon enough! :-)
