I am sending you this in hope that you would reply and
help us to figure out the reason for this. I am informing you that this was
taken with a still camera. I was also wondering if there may be a chance for
extra help if you would be interested. there is a strange place in Illinois
called Farmdale Rd and i believe it to be a small hot-spot.

Photos in this section are the ones that did not pass our test. We're not saying
they are deliberate fakes but in our opinion, photos in this section (Nice
Try!), are most likely camera flaws, developing errors or in some cases,
deliberate manipulation. In other words, they look great but we're not qualifying them as ghost
photos.
