NICE TRY!!!
Tomo writes, "This photo was taken as a mug shot with a normal digital camera
in my
bedroom, in artificial light, against a white wall. The funny thing is, my
room was about to be been decorated, and there were no objects in the room
other than myself and the camera, so the shadows on my face are a mystery,
other than my arm lifting up the camera behind me to my right. As it is a
digital photo, the mistery cant be explained with problems with development
ect. I include the original, and the photo where the dark figure appears. I
reached the second photo, simply by pasting the original into word, converting
the picture to 'black and white' (not greyscale) and increasing
the brightness just once. Two alterations, and the dark figure standing over
my face is very visable, the head looming over me, the foot sticking out and
what even appears to be hands in its pocket. Try it yourself with the
original, put it into word and make the adjustments with the picture tool bar,
its quite convincing. I have no explaination for this..."

Photos in this section are the ones that did not pass our test. We're not saying
they are deliberate fakes but in our opinion, photos in this section (Nice
Try!), are most likely camera flaws, developing errors or in some cases,
deliberate manipulation. In other words, they look great but we're not qualifying them as ghost
photos.
