NICE TRY!!!
Jonathan writes, "This photograph was taken
around a month ago, and shows my wife and myself at Whitby Abbey in England.
The Abbey itself is mostly ruined, but this room has remained intact and has
only been slightly renovated. Everything
had seemed normal at the time, until I uploaded the photograph to my PC once
we got home. It was then we noticed the ghostly figure in the background.
Both my wife and I were taken completely aback. I would appreciate any
information about what might be happening here."

Photos in this section are the ones that did not pass our test. We're not saying
they are deliberate fakes but in our opinion, photos in this section (Nice
Try!), are most likely camera flaws, developing errors or in some cases,
deliberate manipulation. In other words, they look great but we're not qualifying them as ghost
photos.
