Another Ghost Pic!
Kathleen writes, the picture I
have sent is one my sister and her husband, JD, took while visiting
Gettysburg for sightseeing! The
following was what she said when she sent the picture to me: -- A picture of
JD and I in our room at the Battlefield Bed and Breakfast in
Gettysburg. It would have been a very nice picture if the ghost
hadden't stepped in front of the camera! This bed and breakfast was right on
the battlefield, and as you may know, there are countless stories of people
in Gettysburg who claim to have seen ghosts of civil war soldiers. When we
were at Gettysburg we took a tour of the sites at night, called the Ghosts
of Gettysburg candlelight walking tour. I have about 3 books
that this guy, Mark Nesbitt, wrote, all about sightings of ghosts at
Gettysburg, and he was there the night we went on our tour. -- I
am not sure of the date or camera type, it was 1999 or 2000 sometime? I did
ask my sister about the weather, lighting etc. and she said that the only
source of light was behind the camera, a window. She said that they had set
the timer on the camera and put it on the stand, sat on the bed and this was
the result.
