man in the background seems to be out of place and also looks bigger than the

The mystery man behind the couple
doesn't seem to belong in the picture. There is also a bright glowing mist to
his left, and his right shoulder seems to disappear. The mystery man also seems larger in contrast. Another thing to consider is the fact that the mystery
man in the only one smiling. I think we might have a ghost here.
